I checked out the new location of Costello’s Pizzeria & Wings in Galloway New Jersey and let me just say it did not disappoint.
I usually stick to my go to order, pizza and wings, but this time I decided to switch it up. I tried the Stockton Bomb sub with tail tenders, mozzarella sticks, and fries and oh my God this sandwich is ICONIC. Every single bite was insane, and the sauce was on another level. I honestly have no words.
I also stepped out of my comfort zone and ordered the buffalo mac and cheese egg rolls and wow I was so impressed. I am not even a big mac and cheese person, but these completely changed my mind. The breading was perfect, the sauce tied everything together, and the spice level was just right, not too much, just enough.
The staff was super nice, and the space is a great spot for people to come sit and enjoy their food.
If you are spending the day around Historic Smithville in Galloway New Jersey this is the spot to hit after a long day. Definitely adding this place to my regular rotation.
