D4vd's close friend, Neo, was arrested by police after he failed to appear at a hearing

Neo Langston, a popular Twitch streamer, was apprehended from his mother's home in Helena, MT. on Thursday, January 22, after a warrant was issued in Los Angeles. According to TMZ, Langston was extradited from Lewis & Clark County Jail to the LAPD Metropolitan Detention Center, where he was held on a $60,000 bond. He was hit with a felony charge of failing to appear as a witness, though it's not clear if the warrant was directly in connection to the probe into Celeste Hernandez's death.

It's possible that Langston was one of several witnesses who were called to testify before a grand jury. Multiple people have already testified in the case since the grand jury convened in November. There was reportedly one witness who was being "uncooperative" in December. However, there's no word on whether or not Langston was the witness in question.

Celeste Hernandez's body parts were found in a bag inside a Tesla registered to D4vd last September. The car was traced back to a neighborhood in Hollywood Hills where D4vd once lived. The Los Angeles Police Department has reportedly considered D4vd a person of interest in the homicide investigation and may charge him soon. A second suspect was also indicated who may have been there "before, during, and after," the teen's death.

Neo Langston has already bonded out of jail. He has yet to comment on the situation.
