According to the attorney representing the woman who filed the lawsuit, their legal team has been trying to locate and serve Aaron Hall with legal papers since June 2024. But so far, they’ve had no luck. Hall has not been found at any of the addresses previously tied to him, and there has been no public response from him or his legal team.
Because of this, the attorney is now asking the court for permission to serve Aaron Hall through newspaper publication. This means notices about the lawsuit could soon appear in newspapers in both Georgia and California—two states where Hall is believed to have lived in the past. Serving someone through newspaper ads is usually a last resort when all other options have failed.
